The off-season is a very important time of the year for AFL athletes. It’s your chance to reset the body, fix up any little niggles or issues from the season, and then build the base that’s going to carry you into pre-season and beyond.

The first thing we always look at is how your body pulled up after the year. You then give your body a chance to rest, then go through some testing so we can see exactly where you’re at.

Once that’s done, the focus shifts to what really matters — building strength, speed, and power. And it’s not just about performance — it’s also about keeping you healthy and on the field for the season & pre-season ahead
